Who we are
Boro Dog Trainer is an independent dog training and care service based in Middlesbrough TS4, run by Damian. You can contact us at any time on 07908 857187 or via the booking form on this website.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, your dog's details, your chosen service and preferred date and time, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm sessions, and look after your dog safely. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the service.
How it is stored and shared
Booking details are stored securely on our website server and emailed to us using Resend, our email delivery provider, who process the email only to deliver it. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map in the contact section may set cookies from Google if you interact with it. Our cookie notice lets you acknowledge this when you first visit.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details only for as long as needed to manage your bookings and our accounts, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you — just call or email. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
