Booking & Boarding Terms

Bookings
Requests sent through this website are booking requests, not confirmed bookings. Every session, walk or stay is confirmed directly with you by phone or email before it goes ahead. Prices shown on this website are current rates and are confirmed at booking.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move a session or boarding stay. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Boarding requirements
For boarding and training stays, your dog's vaccinations (including kennel cough) must be up to date, and you must tell us about any medical conditions, medication, dietary needs, behavioural history or aggression before the stay. This keeps your dog and others safe.
Emergency veterinary care
If your dog becomes unwell or injured in our care, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you and treatment is urgent, you authorise us to seek veterinary care on your behalf. Veterinary costs remain the owner's responsibility.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us about your dog is accurate, that your dog is legally yours (or you have the owner's permission), and that your dog is not subject to any legal orders or bans.
Our responsibilities
We will always treat your dog with patience and care, use kind and reward-based methods, and keep you updated. Dogs are individuals — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timescales for behaviour change.
